<\/i> Occitan vineyards<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Villemartin is a vineyard near Carcassonne<\/strong> and Toulouse,<\/strong> located in the Languedoc region. This proximity makes it an ideal location for a\u00a0family visit.<\/a>\u00a0Every year, the estate produces wines marketed under the brand name BG WINE<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/i> The terroir<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The soils near Limoux are composed of mollasses and rolled pebbles. This composition gives the grapes a rich minerality that encourages their development. Villemartin is a vineyard close to Carcassonne. The sunshine is ideal for ripening the grapes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grape varieties are grape varieties. At Villemartin we grow around ten different grape varieties: Merlot, Syrah, Grenache, Chardonnay... After vinification, they allow us to create a range of wines<\/a> qualitative. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

High Environmental Value qualification<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

At Villemartin we want to be close to the environment. That's why our estate has been awarded level 3 certification for high environmental value. We are committed to validating this every year. This qualification is based on the preservation of biodiversity, phytosanitary strategy, fertilisation and irrigation management. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lo\u00efc Galy <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

<\/i> General Manager <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sons of winegrowers from generation to generation,<\/strong>Lo\u00efc made his debut as a cavist<\/strong> for various Aude wine merchants. Drawing on his experience, he sets up as a winegrower<\/strong> and set up a farm services company with Antonio. A few years later, they bought Ch\u00e2teau Deumi\u00e9 together and joined forces on a number of other projects. Today they manage the Villemartin estate together<\/strong>.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antonio Botica Gomes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

<\/i> General Manager<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He began his career at the age of 17 as a cavist<\/strong> and to the vine<\/strong> in the south of France. He dreamed of one day becoming owner of wine estates<\/strong>. Often put to the test and confronted with numerous difficulties, he is now renovating cellars, vineyards and buildings so that he and his team can work in the best possible conditions. In the course of his professional encounters, he formed a partnership with Lo\u00efc, with whom he is involved in a number of projects. Today they manage the Villemartin estate together<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sabrina Gomes <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Sabrina, Antonio's daughter, has always been immersed in the wine world.<\/strong>After a technical sales diploma and a bachelor's degree in wine and spirits marketing, she is now studying for a master's degree in wine business at INSEEC in Bordeaux. Sabrina is keen to learn new things, and will put her knowledge to good use in developing the company marketing part<\/strong> as well as commercial part<\/strong> des domaines BG Wine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Camille to set up her administrative services business in 2019 specialising in the world of wine<\/strong>. We have entrusted her with all the group's wine estates. She manages all the administrative and accounting aspects of the estates. Thanks to her studies, Camille is in a good position to understand the different aspects of the business geological and geographical<\/strong> that influence viticulture. Depending on requirements, she can provide us with the specific characteristics of each terroir and her analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M\u00e9lanie Loustalet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

M\u00e9lanie, who is an oenologist, began her studies in chemistry and went on to obtain her national diploma (DNO) in Montpellier.
Passionate about wine creation<\/strong> and driven by her curiosity and epicureanism, M\u00e9lanie has chosen to become oenologist<\/strong>.
She has 10 years' experience in the West Aude region, which has enabled her to develop expertise in local terroirs<\/strong> and in the bottling<\/strong>.
Today, she is Wine Manager at the Botica Galy estates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
